Returns & Exchanges

 1.  Exchange to A Different Size – same colour and design

We gladly accept returns within 7 days following delivery of your item(s) (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods or festive holiday periods). In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be kept in the return conditions detailed in (4) below to receive an exchange. Please contact our customer care team at hello@a-collectiveclub.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) name, size and colour
  • Item(s) size to be exchanged

 Please note: Shipping fees and duties will not be refunded

2. Returns due to Defect or Incorrect Item Received

We are sorry you have a faulty item but we are happy to refund or replace item(s) within 14 days following the delivery of your item(s). Please contact our customer care team at hello@a-collectiveclub.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) name, size and colour
  • Description of the defect
  • Photo proof of the defect'

3. Return or Exchange Process

To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization by contacting our customer care team at hello@a-collectiveclub.com. Āina adheres to a strict no-paper policy, in line with our commitment to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the package.

Please note: Shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

4. Returns Condition

All item(s) must be kept unused, unwashed and unaltered. This includes the item(s), and its packaging (drawstring bag), label and seed tag. We will not accept damaged, worn or used item(s). We also reserve the right to reduce the amount of monies refunded (up till the full value of the item(s) price) where we deemed that the value of the item(s) has been diminished from your handling of the item(s). If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email or by post to the address you provide to us when ordering our item(s).

5. Refunds

Once the returned item(s) has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to process the return item(s).

6. Frequent Returns

We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. Frequent returns made from the same customer will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return terms and conditions are being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
